The Logic

One design intelligence. Three products.

One design intelligence. Three products

Gaia Horizon is a format engineered for replication. The same core logic —

3D-printed homes, a shared Common Hub, an off-grid backbone and a

landscape-first masterplan — expresses itself in three products, each with its

own economics.

Off-grid prototype

The first site. Fully autonomous — energy, water, wastewater, smart monitoring —

built for places the grid never reaches: unconnected territories, fragile

regions, post-disaster contexts. The proof that the model holds under the

hardest conditions.

Hybrid site-zero

The same site run as a commercial retreat, connected to the grid where

available. Lighter infrastructure, lower depreciation, guest-experience first.

Replica site

What a licensee acquires: an optimized, build-ready model — the format without

the cost of inventing it.

Why It Scales

A format is only as strong as its repeatability.

Positioning

Off-grid by design, not by limitation.

Most hospitality depends on its context. Gaia Horizon is built to perform

regardless of it — and to improve it. Autonomy is not a constraint we accept;

it is the position we own. It opens markets others cannot enter and de-risks the

ones everyone wants.

For Investors & Partners

The economics behind the format — unit models, licensing structure, valuation are shared directly with qualified investors and partners, under confidentiality.
